MEDICAL SKIN NEEDLING

Medical skin needling with M Pen is a skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine facial lines, skin tone and texture, enlarged pores and superficial scars. The treatment uses state-of-the-art electronic skin needling device with tiny needles oscillating back and forth at high speed to create tiny puncture wounds in the skin.

This process stimulates the natural collagen production by generating a wound healing response in the treated skin. Skin needling works best when combined with other skin rejuvenation procedures such as LED, Skin Resurfacing Peels and Dermaplaning.

Due to its amazing technology, unlike other Needling Devices the M- pen does not need numbing of the skin before it performs skin rejuvenation treatments. The pen can be adjusted to different needling depths during each treatment so your Dermal Therapist can target the key areas that concern you most. 

Immediately post procedure there can be redness and mild swelling in the treated skin areas. Depending on the intensity of the treatment you may experience light flaking for up to 7 days. Generally, your skin will heal within 2-5 days and you can resume your normal activities. To get the best results it is essential for you to get the after-care products that your therapist recommends.
